This site and the Decision Handoff Memo are provided by Joel Adam Smith. When you complete a purchase, a contract is formed between you and us on these terms.

The Decision Handoff Memo is a one off digital product written from the answers you provide. It is a written recommendation for handing off one repeat decision in your business. It is not a subscription, and there is no ongoing commitment on either side.

The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, in the currency displayed. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase through our payment processor. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect a purchase already made.

Your memo is written from the answers you submit and delivered by email to the address you provide. If you do not receive it, email us and we will resend it.

There is a 24 hour money back guarantee on the memo. If it does not land, email us within 48 hours of purchase and we will refund you in full. No forms, no questions.

Your memo is licensed for use inside your own business. You may share it with your team. You may not resell it, republish it, or distribute it as your own product.

The memo is advice and general guidance, not legal, financial or professional services advice. Outcomes depend on how you and your team apply it. You remain responsible for decisions made in your business.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the memo is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
